Based at National Geographic's Washington, D.C., headquarters, the National Geographic Museum brings past and current expeditions, adventures, and cultural and scientific research to life. The museum features a wide variety of changing exhibitions as well as permanent and interactive displays that reflect the richness and diversity of our world. Current and upcoming exhibitions include Odysseys and Photographs: Masters from the National Geographic Archives and Whales Tohor?, which is developed and presented by the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa.
