Derek Palmer, Chief Commercial Officer of Tickets.com, has joined the NATB Convention and Trade Show's International Ticketing Association (INTIX) -- hosted panel of leading primary ticket sellers, including ticket operation heads from Madison Square Garden and the San Francisco Giants, allowing attendees to go "behind the box office window" and learn how these primary sellers view the secondary market ticket broker industry.
