Tickets.com Client Representatives
Each Tickets.com Services client is assigned a Client Services Representative.
This individual is your main point of contact and also acts as a liaison
to a host of Tickets.com departments, including call centers, outlets,
web operations and IVR operations. Client Services reps act as consultants
to advise you on how to best use our ticketing system to meet your unique
needs. They are well trained and knowledgeable about the ticketing industry
in general and our ticketing software specifically. In fact, many have
backgrounds that include significant box office experience. Their duties
include event creation and maintenance, report creation and execution,
as well as training and other software-related tasks. They ensure your
events go on sale as scheduled through all sales channels and ensure a
smoothly operating box office.
