The fulfillment of all ticket orders placed via the Tickets.com website, our call center live agents, and interactive voice response are processed in our Concord, CA location.  Our facility’s proximity to our Customer Service / Call Center allows us to respond quickly to any ticket fulfillment needs.

We handle orders set up for first class mail via the United States Postal Service as well as Federal Express.
