We are continually upgrading our hardware and software to take advantage of the latest technology advancements. For example, we now include IP-addressable equipment devices that allow us to remotely diagnose, and often repair, problems with ticket terminals and printers, which can significantly reduce downtime. Also, we deploy up to date computers and printers where necessary.
