Partnership to provide motorsports entertainment facilities next generation mobile ticketing technology, enhanced fan experience
International Speedway Corporation (“ISC”) announced today a new long-term partnership with Tickets.com for use of its comprehensive ticketing system ProVenue™ at all ISC motorsports entertainment facilities. The transition to the Tickets.com platform, which includes mobile ticketing technology, begins at Richmond Raceway and will be implemented at all ISC facilities by year-end 2019.
The new ticketing system will also be coupled with email automation through Tickets.com’s verified partner CrowdConnect™, making connections with fans more personalized and efficient. ISC’s consumer-focused marketing strategies and Tickets.com technology solutions provide a variety of opportunities to further strengthen customer engagement, create meaningful fan experiences and drive revenue.
“As a Company, we embrace the latest technology innovations to improve the customer experience at every touchpoint,” said Tina Martin, ISC Chief Information Officer.
“As we look ahead at our attendance and revenue goals, the Tickets.com partnership helps fuel our key growth opportunities.”
The transition to the ProVenue platform, a full-service and patron-centric ticketing solution, will bring ISC flexible and mobile ticketing capabilities through Tickets.com’s advanced technology offerings. As each motorsports entertainment facility is onboarded, those venues will get secure, reliable and scalable integrations inline with ISC’s growth strategies to reimagine patron journeys in a mobile-focused world.
“Creating the ultimate venue experience for our clients and their consumers is the foundation of what ProVenue and our technology platforms have been built on,” said Joe Choti, Chief Executive Officer for Tickets.com. “Our partnership with ISC will mirror those same values as we work to a seamless transition. We’re proud to be part of ISC’s growth strategy.”
