Background/previous employment: For 11 years I worked for The Castle in Wellingborough as the Assistant Customer Services and Box Office Manager. The Castle is a busy theatre and cinema that is home to professional touring companies and community groups.

Years of service at Tickets.com: Started my service with Tickets.com in March 2012 and been a Trainer since 2013.

What I enjoy about being a trainer: I enjoy helping our venues by giving their staff the tools to achieve their goals and make their day a little easier. My years of practical operational experience with PVD allows me to understand what venues want from the software and sometimes offer alternative solutions they had not previously considered.

Most memorable training: I love visiting the venues and having the opportunity to travel to different places. I have to say that delivering training in Ireland has been one of the most memorable, both for the location and the people.

Area of training you enjoy the most: I enjoy delivering training that covers the Marketing tool. The customers are always impressed with how they can make their marketing campaigns more effective and cost efficient.

Hobbies and interests: I enjoy exercising through dance, a passion I have recently returned to; socialising with friends and getting into a good book.
