Background/previous employment: I spent over 9 years working in the Late Night Entertainment industry working my way up to Manager/Training Co-ordinator for the venue I was based at. This role also required me to put into effect marketing and business administration skills that I learnt at University. After nearly a decade of this I decided on a change and Tickets.com became part of my life.

Years service at Tickets.com: Since January 2008.

What I enjoy about training: What I enjoy most about training is meeting our customers and seeing how they utilise the tools available within the ticketing software to help run their business. So as well as training users, I am also continually learning.

Most memorable Training: There has not been one stand out moment in training for me as everyone I have trained in the office or gone on site to train have always been friendly and keen to learn more about what they can do with the product. This has made training a pleasure for me.

Area of training I enjoy the most: Along with marketing training (which is popular amongst most of the trainers) I also really enjoy training System Maintenance because a tidy system is a healthy system.

Hobbies and interests: Outside of work I enjoy socialising with friends I have made in all my previous jobs, playing Mario Kart on my Nintendo Wii, reading and generally doing anything that is relaxing. I also spend a lot of time with my family (although this is rarely relaxing as families go).
