Traditionally, venues have provided customers with the option to record the source of the transaction in the ticketing as a means to gain an understanding of where the customer has learnt about the performance.
Thanks to the latest system developments, Tickets.com has made this process even easier, as venues who operate version2.7 (or higher) of ProVenueDatabox™, version 6.7 (or higher) of ProVenueMax™ or ProVenue can now provide customers with a number of options on the payment screen to select how or where they heard about the event.
What will the customer experience?
The customer will be presented with an additional option box on the final transaction screen where they will be able to choose the method in which they heard about the event:
The title and informative text can be configured on this as per the venue’s requirements.
Did you know…
If you are using Google Analytics from your customer-facing website you can now link this with the transaction flow for additional statistics.
It is also possible to track customer experience by providing the Tickets.com support team with your unique Google Analytics UA code to apply to the sales flow.
