The Pro Football Hall of Fame and Tickets.com announced a historic new multi-year partnership to deliver innovative ticketing and venue technology to a multitude of experiences when fans are visiting the expansive football and entertainment experience in Canton, Ohio. This partnership will include complete integration of Tickets.com’s ProVenue® platform into Museum membership and premier stadium ticketed events such as games and concerts.
Originally opened in 1963 with 19,000 square feet of football history, the Pro Football Hall of Fame now delivers more than 118,000 square feet of state-of-the-art experiences to members and fans. Additionally, the spectacular Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium (capacity: 23,000) hosts the annual Hall of Fame Game, Enshrinement and Concert for Legends among other elite events. Both venues will be core to the partnership in utilizing the flexible and mobile capabilities of ProVenue to build a full-service ticketing solution as a means for supporting the Hall of Fame’s ambitious growth plans to reshape the entire fan experience for the hundreds of thousands of visitors it attracts every year.
Tickets.com’s extensive experience of managing large-scale events and memberships for a diverse portfolio of venues, from sports to museums to mixed-use development, was key to why the Pro Football Hall of Fame chose the ProVenue platform. Working with advanced ticketing technology powered by Tickets.com, the Hall of Fame will be able to securely sell tickets online, create targeted marketing campaigns and deliver an enhanced customer experience.
