The latest customers to migrate across to the system include the Guildhall Winchester, Town Hall Theatre Galway and Music Mania and Mitchell Arts Centre.
A new Tickets.com® client, the Guildhall Winchester is one of the largest and most flexible meeting room, conference and banqueting spaces in the country, with 12 rooms hosting a range of events. Amongst many of its features, ProVenue® will support with targeted marketing campaigns and enhanced customer communications.
Town Hall Theatre Galway is a longstanding client of Tickets.com® which recently moved across from legacy system ProVenueDatabox™ to revolutionise its customer experience. Each year the venue plays host to the county’s key festivals and is regularly acclaimed for consistently bringing the best national and international talent to Galway audiences.
Music Mania and Mitchell Arts Centre in Stoke-on-Trent has also been a Tickets.com® client for a number of years and has recently integrated the new ProVenue® platform into their ticketing operations. Music Mania is Stoke’s independent record shop and ticketing agent, selling tickets for all the major local venues. In contrast, the Mitchell Arts Centre has become the main venue for amateur dramatic societies and the home for theatrical youth groups, especially following its refurbishment in 2007.
