Background/previous employment: Qualified Complementary Therapist with a Foundation Degree. Previously worked in various Customer Service roles: Team Leader at Clarks and most recently I have experience in running a pub/restaurant as an Assistant Manager before deciding on a change. This is my first work with ticketing software!

Years Service at Tickets.com: I joined in April 2011. Since then I have become a trainer for both ProVenueDatabox & ProVenueMax, so get to go out training much more often!

What I enjoy about being a trainer: I love knowing at the end of a phone call that you’ve made someone’s day easier / better through fixing something or providing advice and expertise. The same goes with training, it is a lovely feeling knowing that the customers are benefiting from time spent with us.

Area of training I enjoy the most: Going out to the venues, to see the facilities and meet the people we speak to on a regular basis. We have such a diverse range of venues, having a nose around the venues is really interesting!

Hobbies and Interests: I love to be out & about, walking the dogs, visiting new places and exploring; weekends are pretty busy especially now that I have a toddler to entertain too!
