MyProVenue Part I: The Ultimate Patron Experience
This presentation will take the audience on a “nuts and bolts” tour through the many features of MyProVenue. This will include demonstrating how easy and intuitive it is for ticket buyers to search for tickets via best available or seat maps, add a payment type, choose a delivery method and check out. We will also show the simple ways that users can create and manage their MyTickets account, post tickets for resale and purchase resale tickets, and much more. Registered Developer Program Update 2018
This session will focus on the Registered Developer Program (RDP), and the integrations the RDP enables. MyProVenue Part II
While Part I took us through a tour of MyProVenue from the customer point of view, Part II will be all about the ongoing evolution of MyProVenue. Tickets.com has worked directly with clients to implement several new features including the elimination of “triple click” on the Availability page, the addition of the buyer type “tray” on mobile, support for packages, a new mobile event calendar, and the continued expansion of utilizing ProVenue for self-service. Upcoming features include expanded upsell presentations for the mobile experience based on sales groups, the addition of background images for enhanced branding opportunities and much more. We will also review upcoming desktop display enhancements such as a new seat map display and a new MyTickets look and feel and we will explore more self-service opportunities utilizing MyProVenue’s Control Center tool.

Replication: The Whole Package
ProVenue empowers your ticket office to build endless variations on packages. How can you turn requests from the box office and finance into reports? Design thinking helps identify and solve a wide range of problems, building trust in your clients and reducing abandonment in the ticket purchase flow. In this interactive design session, we will take you through the do’s and don’ts of creating a seamless experience from your website to the ticket purchase flow, building a cohesive story and experience for your users from beginning to end. You will see examples of things that work and things that don’t and we will draw upon basic ideas of color, brand and theme building.
