THE HISTORY AND HIGHLIGHTS
First launched in 2016, T.Cares has quickly become embedded in the culture of our company.
We aim to improve our world by providing extraordinary live entertainment experiences for individuals and families facing hardships in the areas where our employees work and live. This is made possible by our employee volunteers and by working with local non-profit organizations to raise funds.
It started as a “let’s dream big!” idea, born in a small conference room. Now it has evolved into a multi-organizational effort that has really taken off. Working with Major League Baseball teams and other popular venues, we’re investing in our communities while striving to become a model of possibility.
Whether it’s raising money for cancer research by cycling from London to Amsterdam, participating in events hosted by the Disabled Surfers Association of Australia, or auctioning tickets to a sporting event that benefits a local school in the U.S., we are dedicated to helping others in communities around the world—as a company, and as a family.
Since launching T.Cares, we have collaborated with our clients and partnered with many organizations including Shriners Hospitals for Children, Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, The Young and Brave Foundation, Whatever It Takes, a teen social entrepreneur and leadership program, Special Olympics, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and more.
At Tickets.com, we believe we have a responsibility to make a difference in our communities. We do this by building connections between our honored guests and the Tickets.com family. For example, in January, Joe Choti—President and CEO of Tickets.com—joined forces with the Shriners Hospitals for Children to provide a special kickoff experience for two children at the 92nd East-West Shrine Game.
“I was proud, honored, and humbled to be part of such a great event hosted by a phenomenal organization,” said Mr. Choti. “My gratitude for being able to take part in the East-West Shrine Game is beyond comprehension.”
