We strongly encourage everyone to follow national and local guidelines to protect themselves and their communities. If your venue is anticipating cancelling or postponing a paid ticketed event, we ask that you please alert your Tickets.com representative as soon as possible in order to coordinate issuing patron account credits or refunds should you choose to do so.
